located near Trader Joe's
on 2466 East Stadium Boulevard
in Ann Arbor (48104).
YOU'RE INVITED:
Join Tatianah Thunberg and Kelly Kempter, of Sacred Breath Healing Studies, for a relaxing and skill building monthly playshop! Join us once or for the four part series. Every month we focus on a new theme and introduce new technique. We begin with a centering meditation and movement practices to prepare ourselves for a session. Each person gives and receives a 35 minute guided Thai massage. We videotape a condensed version of the sequence so students can practice what they learned at home. No partner or prior experience necessary - join us solo or bring a beloved or friend. Terrence Campagna, a student at Sun Shen and enthusiastic energy practitioner, will be joining us as our teaching assistant.DATES AND TIMES:
Our Winter series continues on the second Wednesday evening of the month from 6:30 - 8:30 pm with all new material. Drop in for one session or attend all four!
January: Head, Neck & Shoulder Massage
February: Abdominal Massage
March: Hands, Feet & Head Massage
April: Bring it all together
